Job description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Managed and updated customer information in the database with disciplined follow-ups.
- Handle objections/grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English & Hindi).
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Should not be hesitant with rigorous calling, target pressure handling and teamwork.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Must have Skills:
- Email drafting
- Proficiency in using Google Sheet
Experience:
Total work: 1yr-5yrs.(Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Graduate
