Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs

- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising on social platforms.

- Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.

- Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.

- Mentor and train the team - on best marketing practices & latest innovations.

Skills and Qualification:-

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Familiarity with web design and HTML is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
