Job Summary
The Aftermarket Service Engineer is responsible for quick closure of customer complaints through coordination with Channel Partners Customers. He / She becomes the product champion to clarify the customer s technical queries related to the product its application. Generates improves recurring revenue by offering Health check programs at customer sites
Responsibilities
- Receiving, Recording Solving of customer complaints through the distributors/directly.
- Clarifying technical queries raised from customers through all mediums.
- Execution of Installation commissioning of project / pump / Solution orders.
- Executing health check-up programs along with distributors as per yearly plan.
- Providing hands-on product training to distributors customers at their sites.
- Business generation - Responsible for the improvement of recurring revenue for the region.
- Provide technical feedback to the organisation on the product process improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- B.E. (Mechanical) with 7 to 10 years of industrial experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handing customers.
- English Hindi are mandatory.
- Willing to travel 15 days in a month all over the region.
Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Chennai Site based.
- 50% minimum travelling across India to customer sites offices.
