Quality Head & MR

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with AS9100D, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and process improvements to meet certification requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and environmental processes.
• Train employees on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement process control plans to enhance product quality.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Expertise in Surface Measurement using Laser Scanning.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for quality assessments.
• Knowledge of Destructive Testings using Universal Testings Machine (UTM).
• Implement and utilise various quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP).

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or Composite Industry.
• Certification: Lead Auditor certification in AS9100D / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
