Role & responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
• To develop Quality Management System (in line with IATF 16949:2016)
• To ensure testing and inspection activities for incoming, in process and outgoing materials.
• To ensure calibration of all instruments and gauges used in the organization.
• To do nonconformity and corrective action on internal/ external rejection and customer complaints and its implementation.
• To do quality planning along with CFT.
• To provide all support to build reliability into production processes.
• To maintain all updated Engineering Standards of product & give information to purchase & production or any concerned depts.
• To assist HOD Production in upgrading operations / process technologies for better quality of product.
• To organize the C.F.T. meeting and monitors their activities.
• To collect the data for rework and rejection of shop floor.
• To assist team of customer support.
• To handle customers complaints and external audits.
• To develop a system to measure Cost of Poor Quality (Internal & external failures);
• To monitor and support to QA team.
• To develop a system for the measurement of “Customer Satisfaction Index”.
• To develop a system for the measurement of “Supplier Satisfaction Index” for quality parameters;
• To interact with customers to satisfy them on quality parameters;
• Analysis of internal / external rejections / rework and to take corrective measures to stop them permanently;
• Identification of training needs;
• To develop a culture for continual improvement within the organization.;
• To prepare & control of quality manual, Quality Management Process and all other quality system documents and amendment of the documents as required time to time.
• To control master list of documents.
• To organize internal quality audit and the maintenance of the quality system in the company.
• To get the NCR’S closed timely
• To assess and identify resources required implementing and maintaining the quality system.
• To organize management review meeting.
• To keep records of management review meeting.
• To liaison with external agencies for matters related to the quality system as and when required
• To represent the Needs of the customers in internal functions in addressing IATF 16949:2016
• Maintenance of 5S.
