Job Description
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, business leaders, and domain experts to understand business objectives and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and architect end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that leverage AI/ML technologies and RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Automation cloud and desktop and aligns with the organizations goals and requirements.
- Lead and run projects related to intelligent automation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the entire automation development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and project plans.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges during the automation implementation, offering effective mitigation strategies including security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and system failures
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and RPA technologies (Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, UIPath) to recommend and implement standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate intelligent automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Mentor and coach team members, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
- Optimize the solution architecture to ensure high performance, scalability, and efficiency. Identify and implement strategies such as caching, load balancing, and database optimization to improve system responsiveness and throughput.
- Design and implement security measures to protect the solution against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements that will guide the solution design.
- Assess and evaluate different technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the project.
- Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
- Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.
- Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Identify existing systems and applications that need to be integrated into the solution.
- Design integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless communication and interoperability between systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a shared understanding of the solution architecture.
- Documentation of the solution architecture, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications
