Project Manager responsibilities:
Act as a single dedicated point of contact for all stakeholders for the assigned client/project.
Understand and manage the business needs and expectations of the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsible for managing end to end project delivery i.e., right from the pre-kick-off (initiation stage) to final close out (completion stage) while ensuring high quality of deliverables.
End to end planning and management of projects including coordination and communication of all relevant activities, to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables are submitted within given timelines.
Ensure that an assigned project is appropriately constructed with well-defined deliverables and work streams and that these are delivered in the timeframe and to the cost budget as agreed with stakeholders.
Develop/maintain Central Project Document (CPD), including project strategies, detailed project plans, cost budgets and appropriate project metrics and performance tracking system (Dash boards / score cards, etc) that support the delivery teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and remain committed to assigned projects and have complete and continuing awareness of the project plan, key milestones, progress to date and plans to completion, providing regular and accurate reports on progress, issues and plans to relevant stakeholders and escalating any issues to Client and Freyr Management as per agreed Escalation Procedures.
Monitor costs, time-scales, resources used and the performance of team members
Design and maintain all project metrics, performance and reporting to the clients
Maintain clear and direct lines of communication throughout all involved internal / client departments/POCs to meet customer requirements
Identify, assess and escalate risks to the success of the project.
Address all client concerns related to the project and implement corrective and preventative action plans as required
Effectively handle all escalations from both client and Freyr team
Help in drafting proactive CAPA for minimizing / nullifying client / internal escalations
Ensure consistent on time invoicing of all the work delivered in all the projects for a month within the 2nd working day of the subsequent month
Follow up and ensure the invoices raised are realized within the stipulated timelines and do not cross the permitted ageing and take appropriate measures to intimate any delays to the management
Oversee compliance with Freyr s SOPs as well any client specific SOPs and Health Authority regulations
Seek client feedback throughout the project as well as on project close out
Handling multiple projects concurrently and regularly reporting the program status to Delivery Owner Lead and Regional Delivery Heads
Create, update and maintain all the client and project specific details on Konnectco across all the stages of Project Delivery and Management

Data accuracy and adherence on Konnectco (internal Sales and HR portal)
Maintenance of Project Trackers
Archival of Project Deliverables/Documents
