Job Description
- Ensuring all customer service processes are followed and provide adequate support to functions in achieving their KPI s.
- Develop Dash Boards for various KPIs (IPS data management).
- Improving the internal support systems and processes related to Order Processing.
- Improve the efficiency of the field sales team by providing proper support and feedback throughout the sales cycle.
- Build common vision with other internal functions like Finance, Controlling, IT and Production to make the order processing cycle simple and efficient.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners by taking proactive actions to improve our services.
- Work very closely with field sales team and build a high-performance culture. Contribute proactively to meet the monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Managing and motivating the customer support team
- Preferably Engineering degree with strong preference for analysis. MBA will added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 plus years experience in sales, marketing, customer support or business management. Demonstrated experience with Data Analysis and reports.
- Basic understanding of SAP Sales & Marketing module.
- Hands on experience to generate reports using MS Excel .
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills required. Knowledge of other Indian languages will be beneficial.
- Hands on with data analytics.
