Job Description

  • Ensuring all customer service processes are followed and provide adequate support to functions in achieving their KPI s.
  • Develop Dash Boards for various KPIs
  • Improving the internal support systems and processes related to Order Processing.
  • Improve the efficiency of the field sales team by providing proper support and feedback throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to data driven and fact-based decision-making process.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners by taking proactive actions to improve our services.
  • Work very closely with field sales team and build a high-performance culture.
Qualifications arrow_right
  • Preferably Engineering degree with strong preference for analysis. MBA will added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years experience in sales, marketing, customer support or business management. Demonstrated experience with Data Analysis and reports.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Sales & Marketing module.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills required. Knowledge of other Indian languages will be beneficial.
  • Hands on with data analytics.
