Job Description
- Changes in processes or new processes have to be developed, tested and implemented and to be followed up in order to improve efficiency, quality and safety in production.
- Global standards (KS, good practices, legal aspects) have to be implemented at KLInd
- Trouble shooting and root cause analysis for problematic batches/products must be carried out to stabilize the process and the quality of the product.
- Lab batches to be produced to analyze processes
- Recipe writing in Siemens Simatic Process Control Systems.
- Support RD for production process in new products and carry out pilot batches
- Chemical Engineering Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Multinational MNC.
- Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting
- Should have good experience in chemistry of lubricants
- Hands-on experience in SAP production module Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in recipe writing Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
