About The Role.

We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform.

Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028.

This gives us a bird's eye view of the market.

We're already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.

About The Role:.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Control Tower Lead to oversee and manage customer requirements, drive process efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across our outsourcing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks and projects independently while ensuring alignment with our current capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:.

Strategic Solutioning:Develop and implement solutions for customer requirements based on our current capabilities.

Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet customer expectations.

Project and Process Management:Independently manage tasks, customers, new projects, and processes.

This includes developing Statements of Work (SOW) and SOPs with customers to ensure successful project execution.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate across stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure clear and consistent updates are provided to all relevant parties.

Process Definition and Adherence:Define, document, and enforce processes to ensure consistency and quality across operations.

Monitor process adherence and make improvements as needed.

Talent Acquisition and Development:Assist in hiring the right talent for the team and support the development of newly promoted Team Leaders (TLs) through coaching and mentoring.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Customer Supply Chain Understanding:Leverage your understanding of customer supply chain processes to enhance solution development and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:.

7 -10 years of experience in the industry with a Go-Getter attitude:You are a highly driven individual who goes that extra mile.

Proven experience in an outsourcing environment, particularly in managing teams spread across multiple locations.

Analytical and a Problem Solver:Thinker and problem solver.

Adaptable:You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing.
