About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success for key enterprise customers while mentoring a team of Customer Success Associates who handle low to medium-sized accounts under your leadership. You will ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention by delivering value, improving adoption, and expanding relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
You will act as the bridge between the customer and the Freight Tiger ecosystem, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services to streamline solutions and ensure a seamless experience. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring you to adapt to the logistics industry's evolving landscape and customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Freight Tiger platform adoption, expansion, and renewals across your customer base.
- Build and nurture exceptional relationships with top enterprise manufacturing and logistics brands.
- Champion the Freight Tiger platform to help clients realize ROI and unlock its full potential.
- Work closely with customers to streamline and improve their logistics operations across various industries.
- Analyze customer health metrics (NPS, engagement, usage, etc.) to identify risks, drive solutions, and ensure retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to provide feedback, brainstorm solutions, and continuously improve product offerings.
- Manage upselling and cross-selling of additional features and products as Freight Tiger expands its portfolio.
- Conduct regular analytical reviews with clients to identify business-critical metrics and ensure expectations are met.
- Ensure optimal financial health of the account, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Mentor and guide a team of young professionals, helping them manage and grow their accounts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience with a BA/Equivalent Degree or 4+ years with an MBA.
- Mandatory: Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain and SaaS-based software environments.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven track record in customer success or account management with a focus on driving results and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish trusted partnerships with clients.
- Results-Driven Approach: Bias for speed and action with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership Ability: Capable of managing and mentoring a team while thriving as a self-starter.
- Willingness to Travel: The role requires travel across the South Region to engage with customers.
