Role & responsibilities
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including onboarding activities.
6. Build and maintain relationships with universities, and professional organizations to expand talent pools.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
9. Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Master degree in Human Resources, or related field.
2 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in EMS Industry recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
