We at the Being Human are hiring for a Sr. Executive - MIS & Projects at our Mumbai office.
Job title: Sr. Executive MIS & Projets
Experience: Proven work experience of 6 to 8 years preferably in Retail.
Qualification: Graduate Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Process Management:
- Ensure procurement is completed within allocated budgets.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and terms.
2. Vendor Coordination and Relationship Management
- Maintain effective communication with vendors.
- Resolve any vendor-related issues promptly and ensure accurate vendor profiles in the system.
3. Vendor Payment Management
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments.
- Verify and process invoices and manage account reconciliation in case of disputes.
4. Purchase Order (PO) Creation and Management
- Create and track purchase orders aligned with project requirements and budgets.
5. Data Preparation and Analysis
- Compile data from past and ongoing projects for future forecasts.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for decision-making.
6. System Knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems and the purchase lifecycle.
- Understanding of taxation regulations (GST, TDS) and their impact on procurement.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate Degree

- Ability to delve into project data and suggest strategic improvements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in vendor relations and payment issues.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and financial processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant taxation laws (GST, TDS).
