• Candidate should have sound knowledge about procurement process and other activities of Purchase Department as below :-
• 1. Floating enquiry, get quotations, review the quotations for (BOM & Non BOM parts), Prepare cost comparative sheet , techno-commercial negotiation and settlement.
• 2.Release of Purchase Order and follow-up with vendors for getting parts in time.
• 3. New supplier development, assessment of supplier,review of assessment of supplier, as per need or for cost saving purpose.
• 4.Procurement of Packaging material like as printed & corrugated boxes, poly bags,VCI Bags, BoppTape, stickers, wooden pallets etc
• 5. Experience of handling cutting tools ,chemicals,paints,abrasives, hardware items and follow-up with vendors on regular basis.
• 6. Daily coordination with transporter for receipt status of material, freight amount booking in ERP system and coordination with Account department for payment.
• 7. Procurement of office stationery material,printed stationery , consumables like hand gloves,cotten waste, Lubricants ,cutting oils,methanol & gases
• 8.Should have knowledge of releasing A.M.C for machinary and equipment,calibration etc.
• 9.Should have knowledge of GST and Taxation & legal knowledge, Shall have Statutory & regulatory knowledge.
• 10.Soft skill MS office.
• 11.Should have knowledge of QMS, IATF related documentation, conduct Audit at supplier end.
• 12.Should have product and process knowledge.
• 13.Should have knowledge of Costing and Cost comparision and saving.
• 14.Should have knowledge about, supplier selection,evaluation, Development and Monitoring.

BE Mechanical / production with 4-5 years of experience in automobile company or manufaturing industry AgeAbove 26 to 28 years
