Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances, exit interviews, and performance management processes to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and communication to improve overall organizational culture.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR policies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze data on attrition rates and identify trends to inform retention strategies.
• Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and best practices in India.
• Should collab with regional stores and visit them on regular basis
• Should be flexible to travel

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in an HRBP role with Retail - fashion domain
  
• Strong understanding of Business Partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
  
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
