Senior Executive/Executive-Retail

Role & responsibilities

• Achieving the given sales targets through proactive Identification of Sites, Builders and Providing required specification , on & site support leading to closing the sale logically
• To closely interact with the concerned product group in charges of the Marketing Team to help provide specification/ Tech support to the Small & Medium Builders/ Industry.
• To develop effective contacts with Medium Builders / consultants/architects and to keep a track of on-going as well as upcoming projects for furthering companys business interests
• To establish and maintain good rapport with distributors/SFA / Applicators to gain support and service
• To Plan and roll out training programs and promotional meets to the Customers and site engineers regularly

SECONDARY

• To track performance through formal reporting as per the system
• To travel and work across the territory as per the FJP
• To provide training and manage the sales team of SFA/ Distributors to develop their skill set
• To update On going as well as upcoming small and medium projects of the area through the network and other contacts
