Customer Service Officer

Role & responsibilities

To ensure smooth dispatches, perfect co-ordination with Sales, Production, Transporters and Stores.

The role may require to work in shifts

Key Areas of Responsibility

¨ Generation and circulation of clear and unclear sales orders to factory teams.

¨ To check Freight component with Gross weight PO and SO considering volumetric occupancy Freight related issue to intimate immediately concerned SE with CC to RSM and Central Logistics Manager and FM

¨ FSR material co-ordination with Production and Stores duly raising FSR Sales Order and also need to crease the SO for FSR in DAX. Responsible for timely invoicing of Free Samples (FSRs).

¨ To check SO before picking , customer is Retail-SFA/Distributor/Applicator/Contractor/Direct Customer

¨ If Customer is other than Applicator/Contractor to put MRP Codes and Intimate central finance for SO clearance

¨ Co-ordination with Customers / SEs for Personal collection material

¨ Releasing Sales Orders from Blanket to Clear based on SEs intimation

¨ To comply with Company HSE norms without fail

¨ Coordinating with Stores for not loading damaged FG in loading vehicle.

¨ To Coordinate properly and effectively with Production and Stores.

¨ Deviation report with transporter indent given mail.

¨ Any deviation of placement of vehicles by Transporters to take call with Central Logistics Manager and keep informed time to time FM too.

¨ Daily circulation of dispatch report to all stake holders and responsible for taking freight provision
