Customer Service Representative

• To raise customer orders on SAP and progress through to completion
  • Handle export orders
  • Ensure export licenses are in place.
  • Link quotations to orders
  • Input correct shipping conditions taking into account relevant regulations.
  • Ensure temperature-controlled products are treated in the correct way.
  • Raise pro forma invoices.
  • Ensure internal account managers are informed of any credit blocks or price discrepancies on orders
  • To be responsible for the efficient releasing of all Export consignments across the various modes of dispatch by air and sea

• Respond to customer requests for product availability, expected delivery dates, status updates of orders.
• Regularly liaise with internal account managers making them aware of any customer issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on queries.

Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Highly motivated individual with outstanding customer focus.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Computer literate, Word, Excel. Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team, in a busy department.
• Basic knowledge in French
• Export knowledge is an advantage.
• The ability to work to deadlines under pressure whist maintaining a flexible approach.
