Role & responsibilities
- FCT and sponsorship sales
- Should be able to closely work with Marketing Heads/Owners/Founders of Leading brands as well as their Media agencies to understand their requirements and give solutions accordingly
- Should be able to design the solutions basis the brief given by the client.
- Should be able to convince client/ agency about benefits of considering FM Tadka in their communication plan.
- Should be able to independently handle client/ agency
- Should have excellent relationships with big agencies or client or PR agencies. If not, should be able to network and get the right contacts.
- Should be able to create proposals and deals to be shared with client/agency
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience Min. 5-7 years
- Should be from any Print or Radio or Digital Media company.
- Should have very good market connect
- Should have exposure in media sales/ business development field.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must be well-groomed
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to network
- Must have the ability to source market information
- Must be persuasive
