Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
Sell classified ad space in Rajasthan Patrika newspaper .
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned categories.like - obituary, running Classified, court notice , Display Classified.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and approach potential clients for classified advertisements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
3. Market Research:
Understand local market dynamics and analyze competitors activities.
Provide feedback to the marketing team for better positioning of classified ad space.
4. Ad Campaign Management:
Guide clients on suitable classified ad formats, rates, and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely publication and error-free ads.
5. Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Submit periodic sales reports to the management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Good understanding of classified ad sales and print media industry.
Target-driven and ability to perform under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software.
Educational & Professional Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration).
Experience: 1-3 years in space selling or ad sales (experience in the newspaper industry is a plus).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
