Role & responsibilities
ob description
a)Accountable for Manpower Planning, Staffing, and driving End to End recruitment across verticals as per service level agreements.
b)Screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the shortlisted candidates through telephonic, in-person or video conference
c)Conducting interviews, salary negotiation & closures within the designed deadlines.
d)Responsible for creating awareness and educating the staff on the organization values and mission and employee related policies. and making policies.
f)Ensure consistent, effective, and efficient management of Employee Life Cycle
g)Partner with the business for defining and delivering onboarding plan for all new joiners.
h)Carry out exit interviews, gauge the reasons for exit, take employee feedback that we can work on to retain our status of employer of choice.
i)Ensure maintenance of up-to-date employee database with complete information about the employee.
h)Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment (Preferable in Education sector)
