International Voice Process Executive -On-boarding process

Roles & Responsibilities:

➤ Manage end-to-end onboarding process for UK - US clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements.

➤ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients Assist clients in system setup and configuration.

➤ Address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions Develop and maintain client onboarding documentation Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes.

➤ Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.

➤ Provide feedback to internal teams for any enhancement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

➤ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Collaborate with sales and account management teams.

➤ Assist in resolving client escalations Contribute to improving overall client experience

Requirements

Years of Experience: 2 - 7 years

Required Skills:

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

➤ Excellent communication and presentation skills

➤ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

➤ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

➤ Ability to work under pressure

➤ Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

➤ Track record of over-achieving quota

➤ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

➤ Excellent analytical skills
