SAP QM Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of quality management principles, processes, and best practices.

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of domain experience within the quality management field or as an SAP QM end user.

- Analyze and document existing quality management business processes.

- Identify areas for improvement and propose process optimization solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and map out future state processes.

- Configure and customize SAP QM module to meet specific business requirements.

- Implement key QM functionalities such as inspections, audits, quality control, and quality planning.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules (e., PP, SD, MM).

- Develop and execute data migration strategies for transferring existing quality data into SAP QM.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration.

- Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality of SAP QM implementation.

- Identify and resolve defects and issues.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP QM features and enhancements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- SAP QM certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP QM implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP QM module configuration and customization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
