Job Description :

- Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions using ABAP, CRM Web UI, and SAP CRM middleware.

- Design and implement enhancements and customizations to meet business requirements.

- SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

- Customize and configure

- SAP CRM applications to meet specific client needs, including system enhancements and integrations.

- Develop technical specifications, data models, and solution designs for CRM enhancements and extensions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform system configuration, Development, testing, and deployment activities in SAP CRM environments.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP CRM applications, resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure the scalability and efficiency of CRM solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on SAP CRM technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities as needed.
