SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute data migration projects from JDE to SAP Finance, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

- Develop data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Configure SAP ERP to accommodate the migrated data and ensure seamless integration with other modules.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP ERP Finance functionality, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA).

- Provide functional guidance and support to business users throughout the implementation and maintenance process.

- Possess strong technical skills, including ABAP programming, data modeling, and integration with other systems.

- Utilize SAP tools and technologies to optimize data migration processes and system performance.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the SAP ERP implementation aligns with business objectives.

- Document business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

- Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and support, with a strong focus on Finance modules.

- Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly from JDE to SAP Finance.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming, data modeling, and integration technologies.

- Deep understanding of SAP ERP Finance functionality, including GL, AR, AP, and FA.

- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and standards.

- Certification in SAP ERP or related technologies
