Hospitality Training & Development Manager

• Drive training programs that support BSM’s mission and business objectives, including partnerships and resources tailored to cruise hospitality operations.
  
• Design engaging, up-to-date training materials for cruise hospitality teams. Address specific training needs to foster continuous learning and service excellence.
  
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the hospitality team, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B. Set and monitor performance standards to support skill growth and career progression.
  
• Facilitate training sessions using diverse methodologies. Assess program success with participant feedback and performance tracking.
  

Requirements

• Qualifications
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts Management, F&B Management, or related field.
    
  • Certification in training and development or experience in curriculum design is a plus.
    

• Experience
  

  • Minimum 5 years in cruise ship hospitality, with at least 3 years in a training leadership role.
    
  • Preferred experience in a hospitality training school or cruise line training role.
    

• Skills & Competencies
  

  • Strong training design and delivery skills focused on guest service excellence.
    
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and inspire high performance.
    
  • Budget management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like German or French are advantageous.
    
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
