Role and Responsibilities:.

Drive initiatives to build a world-class team by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent aligned with FlytBases vision and values..

Collaborate with leadership to design recruitment strategies that enhance team capabilities and foster continuous professional growth..

Source and proactively engage with qualified candidates for current and future roles using various sourcing platforms and tools..

Advertise open positions effectively across job boards and social media to attract top talent..

Act as a first responder from FlytBase to interact with A-grade industry players, initiating high-level discussions on talent density optimization and strategic hiring..

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring alignment with the companys target persona..

Provide input on effective interview techniques and candidate assessment methods to harmonize the selection process..

Represent FlytBases culture and values during candidate interactions, ensuring a positive experience and positioning the company aligned with the company's culture and vision..

Actively participate in high-level discussions to optimize talent density, contributing to strategic hiring plans that support the companys long-term growth and vision..

Key Skills:.

Have a strong background in handling life cycle recruitment for top talent across industries.

This includes attracting, screening, and interacting with high performers to create leaders..

Expertise in ATS, and HRMS like Freshteams, and Zoho and have a knack in headhunting candidates through various hiring portals like LinkedIn, Instahyre, Internshala, etc..

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions..
