We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join our team.
This individual will lead and execute strategies to drive online sales, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Role Overview:
- As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing all aspects of our online sales channels, with a primary focus on achieving e-commerce sales targets.
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.
- You'll play a key role in scaling our brand's online presence, ensuring customer acquisition, and maintaining a seamless, high-converting customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aimed at driving sales and growth across all online platforms.
- Sales Target Management: Work with senior leadership to set, monitor, and achieve online sales targets.
- Continuously analyze and optimize to meet or exceed those targets.
- Marketing & Campaigns:Guide and work with the marketing team to plan and execute social media marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
- Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization:Oversee website performance and user experience to ensure high conversion rates.
- Work with the design and tech teams to implement improvements and optimizations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and logistics teams to ensure the timely launch of campaigns and promotions.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:Provide regular reports on eCommerce sales performance, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably with a focus on D2C (Direct to Consumer) brands.
- Prior experience in the fashion/athleisure industry is highly preferred.
- Sales Target Achievement: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in managing social media, paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.), and other digital marketing channels.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify (or similar platforms), and other eCommerce and marketing tools.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing or guiding a marketing team.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a results-oriented approach.
Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), marketing automation tools, and other related software.
Passion for Athleisure/Fashion:A genuine interest in the athleisure/fashion industry and a passion for staying ahead of trends in both fashion and eCommerce.
