Flynaut - Project Manager - CMMS Tools (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

Flynaut is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of Managed IT Solutions.

The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of IT projects by managing resources, maintaining timelines, and fostering clear communication with stakeholders.

Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools and processes is a critical requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Oversight : Develop and manage the overall project timeline, ensuring milestones are met within budget and scope.

- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between Flynaut, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

- Resource Coordination : Oversee and coordinate IT resources to meet project deliverables efficiently.

- Compliance Management : Ensure all project activities adhere to industry standards and CMMS requirements.

- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in managed IT services or similar domains.

- Demonstrated expertise in CMMS tools and processes.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client relationship management.

- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber security, and backup/disaster recovery systems.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects in compliance-heavy industries.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges effectively.
