Job Overview:

- The IT Operations Head - Software Development and Project Management will be responsible for leading Flynaut's software development initiatives while managing and executing IT projects across various domains, including mobile/web applications, ERP systems, AI, and data analytics.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and project management, with expertise in overseeing software development lifecycles and driving operational efficiency.

- This leader will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Oversee daily operations of the software development teams, ensuring smooth workflows and effective collaboration between development, QA, and other departments.

- Implement and refine operational processes to increase team efficiency and consistently meet quality standards.

- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality or client expectations.

- Monitor department KPIs and performance data, offering strategic recommendations for improvements in operational processes.

Project Management & Execution:

- Oversee the execution of IT projects, including application development, ERP implementations, AI, and data analytics.

- Implement best practices in project management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Flynaut's quality standards.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital solutions, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and deadlines.

- Proactively monitor project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, taking timely actions to resolve issues.

Software Development Leadership:

- Guide software development teams in adopting the latest tools and technologies to enhance Flynaut's digital products.

- Leverage expertise in mobile/web application development, ERP systems, AI, and data analytics to drive innovation.

- Work with the technical teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs and align with Flynaut's long-term strategy.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire software development and project management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
