Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and others, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead Generation Conversion: Develop strategies to drive high-quality leads, increase conversions, and improve customer acquisition costs. Campaign Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Budget Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Testing Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to continuously optimize campaign performance. Audience Targeting Segmentation: Develop audience segments and implement retargeting strategies to improve ad performance and customer engagement. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate these into campaigns. KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, and provide insights into campaign progress and optimization areas.
Skills and Qualifications: 0.6 to 1 year of experience in performance marketing, preferably with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms. Strong understanding of key performance metrics, ROI, and optimization techniques.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with an eye for detail. Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision making. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization.
