As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the USA market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work during night shifts to align with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM software.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors.
Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:. Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role (preferably in a US market).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work night shifts aligning with US business hours.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
