Role: Sr. Program Manager- Full Time (Gurgaon)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with functional team members to streamline processes & coordinate functional reviews

- Drive central initiatives and process improvement across business, product, business finance, HR, etc.

- Roll out and drive forward a select set of initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders and ensuring project completion

- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics

- Own critical KRAs - business actionable, adoption, growth for the program/offerings

- Prepare monthly management reports, track performance and help in strategic planning

- This is a high visibility, high impact role requiring drive, attention to detail, fast learning, strong analytical and inter-personal skills. You will have a ring-side view of a fast-paced enterprise SaaS start-up and will solve hard business problems on a daily basis.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Must-have:

- 2- 5 years of relevant work experience

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SQL

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and reasoning skills

- Should be able to work under pressure with bias towards action

- Should be detail oriented and organized

- Should be data driven and enjoy problem solving

Good to have:

- Familiarity with e-commerce/ start-up

- Previous start-up/ consulting experience

- Functional exposure (finance, marketing, product, operations)

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
