Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients in the hotel and hospitality industry. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotels and resorts. Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track key sales metrics. Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Frill Hospitality's product range, including its unique features, benefits, and target market.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
