Role & responsibilities
Marketing:
🔹 Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
🔹 Identify target demographics for residential projects.
🔹 Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
🔹 Participate in property expos and launch events.
🔹 Collaborate with designers and content creators for property listings, promotional videos, and engaging posts.
Sales:
🔹 Identify and engage prospective buyers through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
🔹 Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads.
🔹 Conduct property site visits and presentations to prospective buyers.
🔹 Understand client needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
🔹 Negotiate prices and payment terms to close deals successfully.
🔹 Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete documentation.
🔹 Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
🔹 Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
Preferred candidate profile:
👉 Age Group: 23-27 years (Desirable)
👉 Experience: 4-6 years in real estate sales (6+ years is a plus).
👉 Educational Qualifications: Graduate/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
👉 Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-confidence, dedication, result orientation, and passion.
