Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the US Healthcare Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing business operations for BPOs, particularly in healthcare processes such as medical coding, billing, AR, and other outsourced operations.
- This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and developing client relationships both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in the US healthcare market via online and offline marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and revenue targets.
- Lead sales efforts for projects exceeding $1M in size, ensuring successful engagement and delivery.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in leading BPOs with a focus on healthcare processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales and business development activities for projects above $1M in the US market.
- Strong exposure to healthcare operations, including medical coding, billing, and AR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with teams with a results-driven approach.
