About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team.
This individual will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-performance campaigns, maximizing ROI, and improving customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring campaigns contribute to lead generation, brand awareness, and sales goals.
- Manage and oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and spending to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Create comprehensive paid media plans and strategies tailored to target audience segments and specific marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Regularly analyze and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing for various elements of the campaign (e.g , ad copy, landing pages, targeting parameters) to improve overall performance and achieve campaign objectives.
- Generate detailed campaign reports and present findings, performance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure that ads and landing pages are aligned with the messaging, branding, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies through paid media.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to the wider marketing team on how paid media can be leveraged to support different marketing initiatives.
Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across different platforms and campaigns.
- Forecast future campaign spending and monitor daily performance to ensure budgetary constraints are adhered to.
- Adjust budget distribution based on real-time performance to optimize campaign impact.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in paid media and digital marketing.
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experiment with new advertising platforms and formats to stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports on paid media performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Deliver clear and concise communication on campaign objectives, performance, and results, highlighting key areas for improvement and growth
