Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital channels.
- The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and meet business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create comprehensive media plans and budget allocations based on business goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with overall marketing and brand strategies.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid media channels to maximize ROI and meet KPIs (Cost per Click, Cost per Acquisition, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and create targeted audiences to ensure effective campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and results.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to refine paid media efforts.
Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Manage paid media budgets across various channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact and performance.
- Monitor and report on budget spend and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Provide recommendations on campaign adjustments based on budget forecasts and available spend.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc) to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports.
- Analyze paid media data to provide insights on campaign effectiveness, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate campaign results and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to assess performance and identify actionable insights for future campaigns.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging for paid media campaigns.
- Work with the SEO team to ensure paid media campaigns are aligned with organic strategies and landing page optimization.
- Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Define and segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and psychographics to optimize ad targeting.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Leverage audience insights to refine and enhance campaign targeting strategies across platform.
