Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other lead-generation activities.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Understand client needs and work closely with them to develop tailored business solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Handle client objections and concerns effectively, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and company offerings.
- Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals that meet both client and company goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business development goals.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and create effective campaigns that support business development.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term business goals and strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from clients and the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure smooth handoff of client relationships to the account management or operations team post-sale.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, including progress on leads, opportunities, and market trends.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer information
