Java Architect - Spring Frameworks (9-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 7-9 years of expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, DevOps, and Cloud (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency.

This role requires a strong foundation in backend and frontend development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and solution architecture, along with the ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Backend Development (Java & Microservices) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs with best practices in performance and security.

- Implement asynchronous processing, caching, and event-driven architecture.

- Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle) and optimize query performance.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance in microservices architecture.

2. Frontend Development (Angular / React, TypeScript, JavaScript) :

- Develop responsive, dynamic, and interactive web applications using Angular or React.

- Write reusable and modular TypeScript and JavaScript components.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility compliance.

- Optimize frontend performance for high user experience.

3. Cloud & DevOps Implementation :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud using EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway.

- Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.

- Apply infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using Terraform or CloudFormation.

4. Application Security & Quality Assurance (Optional Skills) :

- Implement OWASP security best practices for APIs and web applications.

- Perform code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and API security testing.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and performance testing).

5. Solution Architecture & Research :

- Design highly scalable, modular, and maintainable application architectures.

- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies through research and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.

- Optimize system performance, database queries, and cloud deployments for cost efficiency.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical discussions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, DevOps engineers, and UI/UX designers.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC).
