FirstCry - Regional Sales Manager (4-6 yrs)

- We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive franchise acquisition and expansion for FirstCry Pre-Schools.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the education sector, and the ability to connect with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to pitch our franchise proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the company's franchise growth and acquisition strategy.

- Achieve sales targets by signing up new Pre-School franchises.

- Engage and pitch to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) for franchise investment.

- Ensure timely operationalization of new centers as per organizational guidelines.

- Conduct daily meetings with potential franchise partners.

- Generate leads through cold calls and schedule sales meetings within the assigned territory.

- Report daily activities and outcomes to the Zone Manager.

- Ensure franchise sign-ups align with brand guidelines and company-prescribed profiles.

- Perform effective territory mapping and identify potential growth opportunities.

- Leverage relationship-building skills to generate leads through existing customers.

Key Requirements:

- Passion for sales, preferably in the education industry.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably with top education brands.

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
