Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in key markets to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive consistent sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and presenting tailored SAP Cloud ERP solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop customized solutions for client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies for assigned regions to ensure revenue growth.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand awareness.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and maintaining regular communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (3-4 years) in ERP or software solutions is highly preferred.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
