Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through online lead generation, cold calling, and database building.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  
• Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features over phone calls.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales industry.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup (desk, laptop, internet connection)
