- Property Station is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to identify new real estate projects across India.

Key Responsibilities.
- Identify new real estate projects across major cities/towns in India.
- Travel to project sites, meet builder SPOCs, and prepare on-ground reports.
- Analyze project potential and briefing the marketing teams for various campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional teams to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Conduct market analysis, negotiate, and close deals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputed channel partner firm.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
