Job Overview:

As a fresher in a customer support role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications:

• Ability to articulate issues clearly and effectively to customers.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
