Compliance Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for candidates who have experience in financial services, strong knowledge of KYC/AML compliance and excellent communication skills.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Review institutional client onboarding applications and ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and CTF regulatory standards.
• Assess and mitigate compliance risks associated with institutional clients.
• Identify and escalate potential red flags in onboarding processes.
• Work closely with Institutional Sales Managers to clarify complex compliance requirements for clients.
• Liaise with external compliance personnel to resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve policies and processes.
• Identify gaps in current onboarding processes and suggest improvements.
• Assist in policy development and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc special projects related to compliance and risk mitigation.

Walk-in Time: 11:30AM to 2PM

Mode of Interview:

1. F2F HR round
2. Operations manager round

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 2 year experience into AML / CTF / EDD / CDD compliance can apply
• Looking for excellent communication
• Prior experience into Compliance/KYC/KYB/AML/ CTF / EDD / CDD will be a good fit
• Will have excellent growth opportunities with organization
• Transport boundary would be 23KM from office
• One way cab will be provided
• Another way shuttle services will be provided till or from raidurg metro station
• Can complete all the rounds of interview in single day
