WORK BRIEF:

A Customer Support Associate in this role deals with resolving customer queries for various process related tasks. The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.

Designation : Customer Support Associate

Location : Navalur, Chennai
Shift Time : Flexible to work in night shift (5.30 PM 3.30 AM)
Cab Boundary Limit : Drop Cab (Upto 30 Kms)
Work Set-up : Work from Office

Essential Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of using MS office basic applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Notes, etc.

Essential Skills:

• Min 6 Months 1 Year of experience in any US Voice healthcare process
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts from office
• Preferably worked in Customer Support Voice/Email/Chat process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• B Com/BCA/BA/BAF/BBI/BBM/BMS/BSC courses ONLY
• BE/BTech/PG/Pursuing NOT Accepted for this role.

Mega Walk-in Drive Location: 5th floor, 4th block, Bayline Infocity, OMR Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Navalur, near to AGS Bus Stop, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103.
