Job Description
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements and skills:
6 months to 2 years of proven work experience in recruitment (IT and Non IT Roles)
Experience in bulk hiring
Experience with sourcing techniques and finding new ways of sourcing candidates
Understanding of referral programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Job Details:
Shift :11am to 8pm
Working days : Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
