Recruiter/Senior Recruiter - KPO/BPO Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring for KPO/Customer Care roles such as Billing Analyst and Payroll Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet business demands.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for KPO/Customer Care roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, specifically for KPO or Customer Care domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
